About the Role
This position serves as a vital bridge between health education programs and the community, dedicated to presenting, evaluating, and educating on essential health services. The role exists to ensure that educational encounters are not only informative but also deeply responsive to the unique needs of trainees, both within the classroom and across the broader population.
In this capacity, you will act as a proactive resource, fostering effective relationships by sharing expertise and mentoring team members. The day-to-day involves designing and delivering interactive training sessions using evidence-based techniques, such as Motivational Interviewing, to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment. You will translate complex health concepts into simple, actionable information, ensuring participants meet their learning objectives.
Beyond direct instruction, the role requires a strong analytical component. You will collect and analyze data regarding attendance, utilization, and course evaluations to identify areas for improvement and report findings to stakeholders. This data-driven approach ensures that educational materials and resources remain current, culturally responsive, and aligned with evolving health promotion goals.
