About the Role
VIVA USA is seeking a Health Data Analyst to join the Bureau of Managed Care, reporting directly to the Director of Targeted Oversight. This onsite position serves as a critical bridge between complex health data systems and strategic decision-making for Managed Care oversight.
In this role, you will translate, summarize, and communicate data findings to Bureau and client leadership. Your work ensures that program requirements are met through the development of monitoring templates, policies, and recurring reports. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including IT and systems teams, as well as external organizations such as vendors, state and federal agencies, and providers.
The day-to-day involves conducting deep-dive data analysis on grievance, appeals, service authorization, and contract monitoring datasets. You will identify trends and outliers to ensure data quality, then present these insights clearly to support investigations and inform future actions. Beyond analysis, you will actively engage in process improvement initiatives and professional development to enhance the efficiency of the Bureau's operations.

Requirements
