We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the Management Accounts function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely reporting that drives data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will manage the consolidation of the UK P&L, oversee balance sheet reporting, and ensure strict compliance with SOX and internal controls. Beyond technical execution, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing processes to drive efficiency through automation and continuous improvement.
You will serve as a key partner to Senior Management Accountants, Finance Business Partners, and the UK Financial Controller, while also coordinating with the wider management accounts team. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding the team through organizational change and supporting critical cycles such as annual and quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and statutory year-end audits.
You will be joining a dynamic finance environment where collaboration is key. Your daily interactions will span internal stakeholders, including the Financial Accounting & Tax Manager and the Transactional Finance Team Manager, as well as external partners like statutory auditors, suppliers, and banking providers. This role requires a strong ability to navigate a matrix organization and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Candidates are expected to be prepared for travel to UK locations as part of the role's requirements. The recruitment process will evaluate your technical proficiency in ERP systems, Power Platform tools, and your ability to lead teams through change.
