About the Role
We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the Management Accounts function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely reporting that drives data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will manage the consolidation of the UK P&L, oversee balance sheet reporting, and ensure strict compliance with SOX and internal controls. Beyond technical execution, you will design and standardize processes to drive efficiency through automation and continuous improvement.
You will serve as a key partner to the UK Financial Controller, Financial Accounting & Tax Manager, and the wider Finance Business Partners. Your leadership will extend to mentoring three Senior Management Accountants and coordinating the broader management accounts team, guiding them through organizational change and fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement.
