The Head of Demand Generation will lead a unified engine of demand generation and marketing operations, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. This role is designed to stay on the leading edge of AI, applying the latest advancements to improve targeting, execution, measurement, and team productivity.
You will be responsible for redesigning how the team works with AI to move faster, personalize at scale, and generate more pipeline with less manual effort. Your day-to-day involves building a predictable pipeline engine that balances demand creation with demand capture, ensuring prospects experience CB Insights inside real workflows early to accelerate conversion. You will own the performance of the entire funnel—from MQL to pipeline—while running a high-performance channel mix and partnering tightly with sales to ensure seamless handoffs and shared accountability.
