About the Role
As the Head of Technology and Development for ADAS in North America, you will lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution for our global advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) development and deployment. Your primary focus is on the overall functional ADAS technology roadmap, while also playing a crucial role in defining the ADAS development and delivery ecosystem that enables our success.
In this position, you will drive innovation and oversee a high-performing engineering team, collaborating closely with global counterparts to deliver cutting-edge L2+ and L3 ADAS solutions. You will be responsible for defining, delivering, and managing a global, multi-project capable data-driven platform designed for training, testing, and deploying AI models focused on ADAS systems for our customers.
Day in the Life
Your work will span strategic planning and hands-on ecosystem management. You will define the North American ADAS technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with global Bosch strategy and evolving customer needs. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation, evaluating emerging concepts, algorithms, and hardware to maintain Bosch's leadership in the ADAS space.
You will lead a global team of key stakeholders to shape the data lifecycle and business processes for continuously developing and deploying ML-based ADAS systems. This involves overseeing the entire system delivery ecosystem—from data acquisition and processing to model training, validation, and deployment. You will champion modern software development and DevOps practices, such as CI/CD and Agile, within the continuous multi-customer development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of AI models into the broader ADAS software architecture.
Beyond internal engineering, you will build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the automotive industry to understand their needs and shape future product development, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the market.
