The Automotive ADAS Technician serves as a dedicated Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group, working in close alignment with all team members. This role is central to the service experience, combining technical expertise with exceptional customer interaction. You will be responsible for vehicle testing and repair, performing diagnostic testing, programming, and ADAS calibrations, as well as handling wiring repairs and advising the shop on necessary maintenance.
Beyond the technical work, you will manage the full service cycle, from generating and delivering service invoices to collecting payments and maintaining inventory. You will also ensure shop equipment operates efficiently through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. This position requires a collaborative spirit, working with teammates to schedule and complete jobs according to company guidelines.

Education: Must possess high school degree or GED equivalent.
Knowledge of OE scan tools. Ability to learn new tools as needed. Knowledge of wiring repair procedures. Ability to service A/C systems. Possesses diagnostic skills in the automotive trade. Basic computer knowledge including using email, spreadsheet and messaging systems. Willing and able to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications and the like.
