About the Role
As a Head Chef at Snooze, you are the leader of the "Heart of House," responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and standards in the kitchen. You will drive the "WOW" factor of our food while creating an environment that fosters creativity, education, and personal development for your team.
Your day involves leading all kitchen functions, from food purchasing and inventory to preparation and adherence to our safety and sanitation standards. You will be the primary trainer for your team on cooking methods, plate presentation, portion control, and cost management. While your focus is the kitchen, you will collaborate closely with the Front of House to ensure a seamless flow of service, address guest feedback, and assist with opening and closing duties.
