About the Role
As a HAAS CNC Mill Operator on the 1st Shift, you will be the backbone of our production floor, responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring HAAS vertical milling machines. Your primary mission is to machine metal components to precise specifications, ensuring every part meets our rigorous quality standards.
This role is ideal for a machinist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their technical craft. You will work closely with setup sheets, blueprints, and work instructions to transform raw materials into finished components. The day-to-day involves a blend of hands-on machine operation, precise inspection using calipers and micrometers, and proactive troubleshooting to maintain optimal production flow. Safety and efficiency are at the forefront of your daily routine, requiring you to maintain a clean workspace and adhere strictly to company manufacturing standards.
Work Schedule
This position is based on a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Please note that earlier start times and mandatory Saturday overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Requirements
