About the Role
Derex Technologies INC is seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Technical Lead to drive end-to-end technical delivery for complex implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. This role is designed for a leader who can bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring scalable solutions that meet the demands of the P&C insurance domain.
In this position, you will work extensively on Guidewire PolicyCenter (v10.x or Guidewire Cloud), leading both configuration and integration workstreams. You will be responsible for defining product modeling, workflows, UI, underwriting rules, and business rules while designing robust integrations using APIs, messaging, and middleware. Beyond technical execution, you will mentor team members, enforce coding best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and code quality.
