About the Role
The Guest Service Representative (GSR) serves as the welcoming face of the campground, ensuring a seamless experience for guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of hospitality that define the KOA brand. You will be the primary point of contact, managing the front desk operations, handling reservations, and resolving inquiries with a thoughtful and professional demeanor.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of indoor and outdoor tasks. You will greet guests warmly, manage check-ins and payments, and keep the front office and store organized and well-stocked. Beyond administrative duties, you will act as a local guide, answering questions about campground amenities and nearby attractions. The role requires adaptability, as you will navigate a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, often working nights, weekends, and holidays to support our 24/7 operations.
