About the Role

Join BEST Crowd Management as a Guest Services team member supporting major events at stadiums, arenas, and convention centers. This role is designed for individuals who are reliable, customer-focused, and thrive in fast-paced event settings. You will serve as the first point of contact for attendees, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment while gaining valuable experience in hospitality, security, and crowd management.

In this position, you will be the face of the event, responsible for welcoming guests, providing directions, and managing seating and lines. Your day-to-day involves monitoring entry points, verifying tickets, and enforcing venue policies to maintain order. You will communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates via radio or in person, responding professionally to questions or concerns and escalating issues when necessary. A key part of your mission is to observe and report safety, security, or medical incidents promptly, following all established safety and emergency protocols.

Hiring Process
