About the Role
Join BEST Crowd Management as a Guest Services team member to help create safe, memorable experiences at major stadiums, arenas, and events. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as the first point of contact for attendees, greeting guests and providing essential directions and event information. Your presence ensures that every visitor feels welcomed and supported throughout their experience.
Working as part of a professional, safety-focused team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the comfort and security of the venue. You will manage lines and crowd flow, monitor entry points, and report incidents to ensure a seamless environment. This position offers hands-on experience in hospitality, security, and crowd management, with valuable training and growth opportunities across the GardaWorld family.
