About the Role
We are looking for our next great team member to join our Guest Services team. In this role, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring their arrival and departure are seamless and welcoming. You will serve as a vital link between our guests and the hotel, providing directional assistance, sharing information about amenities and local attractions, and supporting restaurant valet operations. This position requires a professional, friendly, and polished demeanor as you navigate a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and a clean, organized workspace.
