About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of exceptional hospitality at our resort. This dual-role position is integral to ensuring a seamless guest experience, spanning from the initial reservation inquiry to the moment of departure. You will serve as a bridge between our Reservations and Front Desk departments, requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling services and amenities, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling complex guest inquiries. You will act as a knowledgeable guide, providing information about resort services and local points of interest. Your ability to resolve guest complaints and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will directly contribute to our operational excellence.
