About the Role
This position serves as a leader and supporter of store management, directing activities required to achieve all store goals. You will drive world-class guest service, sales objectives, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation while fostering engagement among both associates and guests.
In this role, you will provide exceptional service by building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring a clean, well-maintained store environment. You will act as the Manager on Duty when other managers are not present, helping to develop the team through coaching, investment, retention, and motivation. Your day-to-day involves anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to Altar'd State service standards. You will also ensure compliance with all company values, practices, and operational standards while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
