In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, actively checking in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their visit. You will serve as the solution to any concerns, working to resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. Success here relies on teamwork; you will collaborate closely with your team to maintain a friendly, clean, and welcoming environment. Additionally, you will act as an expert guide, sharing insights on our latest promotions and helping guests navigate the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features.
