We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our adventure. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting and welcoming them to ensure they feel comfortable in our unique environment. You will be the face of AutoCamp, responsible for checking guests in and out, responding to inquiries, and solving problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to ensure total customer satisfaction.
The right person will be well-groomed with a keen sense of style and an appreciation for good design. You will practice thoroughness and attention to detail, possessing excellent customer service skills. Like a MacGyver, you will find creative solutions when issues arise, ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.
