The Manager, Growth & Demand Generation plays a critical role in driving full-funnel digital acquisition programs that contribute directly to qualified pipeline growth and revenue outcomes for the Corporate Traveller US portfolio. This role has an initial and priority focus on launching and scaling the NYC market expansion plan.
Sitting within the Growth & Demand team, you will partner closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Commercial leaders to define, launch, execute, and optimize demand programs that directly support market entry, pipeline creation, and revenue acceleration in the US. This is a hands-on, commercially accountable role that works across both strategic and executional operations, ensuring demand generation activity translates into measurable business outcomes across short- and medium-term sales cycles.
You will ensure consistency of strategy while enabling local execution and speed, working in close partnership with US-based brand, sales, and regional stakeholders to support growth targets in priority markets, starting with NYC. The role involves collaborating with a team of specialists (both internal and external) across automation, paid media, SEO, CRO, and digital channels, ensuring day-to-day execution, optimization, and technical delivery are tightly aligned to revenue, pipeline, and market expansion objectives.
With a strong focus on digital performance, automation, and commercial impact, you will bring together strategy, channel execution, and growth programs under a single, accountable demand engine for Corporate Traveller US.
