About the Role

We are seeking passionate and outgoing Group Air Specialists to join our Burnsville, MN and Bozeman, MT offices. As a Group Air Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and their dream vacations. Your day will involve managing group airfare from beginning to end, ensuring every client's needs are met with precision, care, and a little bit of magic.

You will negotiate competitive rates, price shop for better itineraries, and manage complex deadlines and invoices. Beyond the logistics, your role is defined by providing over-the-top, positive "wow factor" support via email and phone. You will anticipate service issues before they arise, crafting friendly and professional communications that turn a stressful booking process into a rewarding experience.
