About the Role
We are seeking passionate and outgoing Group Air Specialists to join our Burnsville, MN and Bozeman, MT offices. As a Group Air Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and their dream trips, ensuring their group airfare needs are met with precision, care, and a little bit of magic.
In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of group bookings, from the initial consultation to the final invoice. You will negotiate competitive rates, price-shop for the best itineraries, and communicate effectively to manage deadlines. Beyond the logistics, your goal is to provide over-the-top, positive "wow factor" support via email and phone, anticipating service issues before they arise. You will work in a supportive environment where collaboration is key, helping groups travel with ease and connecting them to memories that last a lifetime.
