We are seeking fun, enthusiastic, and committed Group Leaders to support our before and after school programs at the Calomiris location. This role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. As a Group Leader, you will partner with the Site Director to ensure daily program operations run smoothly while delivering engaging activities that align with the YMCA School Age Curriculum.
In this position, you will lead activities designed to spark creativity, encourage teamwork, and support learning. Your day-to-day involves establishing structure and routines, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, and communicating professionally with parents and families. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment where children can thrive during their before and after school hours.
