Our mission is to provide healthy, stimulating, and inclusive environments for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Through community residences, employment services, innovative day programs, and social opportunities, we empower people to live meaningful, productive, and independent lives.
The Site Manager serves as the primary leader of a residential program, ensuring a person-centered home environment while overseeing program operations, staff supervision, compliance, and quality assurance. This role bridges the gap between daily home life and organizational standards, working closely with the Area Director, HR, and external partners to align services with Our House, Inc. and Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) expectations.
As the face of the home, the Site Manager fosters a culture of growth and safety. The day-to-day involves balancing administrative oversight with direct engagement, ensuring that staff are supported, residents are thriving, and all regulatory requirements are met seamlessly. This position is ideal for experienced leaders ready to make a tangible impact on the lives of adults with IDD.
We believe in transparency and respect for your time. Once an application is fully completed and meets the minimum requirements, our recruitment team will respond within 48 business hours via email with an invitation to attend a group interview.
While the interview is conducted in a group format, it remains an individual evaluation. During this session, we will review:
Our goal is to ensure you leave the interview with a clear understanding of the role, expectations, and next steps—while we also take time to determine whether the position is a strong mutual fit. Please note that the Site Manager role includes an additional in-person interview round.
Our House, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to protected characteristics. We strive to build a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
