When a group of families came together in 1957 to find services for their children with developmental disabilities, ACLD was born. ACLD is looking for a seasoned, dynamic Residential Manager to direct the day-to-day operations of an adult residential group home. This role is designed for a leader who can manage diverse duties and multiple priorities while maintaining effective relationships with the people supported, their families, staff, and internal and external departments.
The ideal candidate brings strong initiative, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to be creative in a busy residence. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with OPWDD and ACLD policies, and managing crisis situations and behavioral issues as they arise. This position requires flexibility in your work schedule, including at least one evening and one early morning shift per week, weekend hours, and on-call availability.
