You will provide cutting-edge group fitness instruction through a variety of entertaining, educational, and fun classes designed to promote fitness and positive self-esteem in a safe environment. Your mission is to act as a motivator, helping members build strength, improve endurance, and find mental clarity.
The role offers the opportunity to instruct a diverse range of formats, from high-energy strength and conditioning brands like LIFT, SHRED, and MAXOUT to rhythmic experiences like AMP and EDG. You will guide participants through precision-focused LIFE BARRE classes, heart-pumping XTREME HIIT sessions, and the nightclub-inspired energy of REMIXX. Whether teaching the grit of STRIKE boxing, the flow of FLOW Vinyasa, or the mindful mobility of SURRENDER YIN, you will create immersive environments where members can push their limits and celebrate their progress.
You will also lead specialized programs like ARORA, which supports healthy aging and new beginnings, and ALPHA, a competitive grit program designed to build resilience and discipline. In every class, you will educate participants on correct form, provide current and motivating music, and maintain a clean, organized studio space.
