About the Role
As a Groundsman, you will play an essential role in how our crews function day to day. This is a hands-on, entry-to-early-career position designed for someone eager to learn the trade, work hard, and grow within a professional tree care team. You will work alongside climbers and Crew Leaders, assisting with tree removals, pruning, stump grinding, and cleanup. Success in this role requires physical effort, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, including professional interaction with customers and the public on job sites.
