We're proud to be "where the pets go" to find everything they need to live their best lives for more than 60 years. From favorite meals and toys to trusted supplies and expert support, we live the universal truths of pet parenthood—the boundless boops, missing slippers, and late-night zoomies. We are 29,000+ strong, nurturing the pet-human bond in over 1,500 stores across the U.S., Mexico, and Puerto Rico, alongside hundreds of clinics and distribution centers. Since founding Petco Love in 1999, we have helped find homes for approximately 7 million animals through in-store adoption events.
Our core values capture the spirit of improving lives by doing what's right for pets and people: putting pets first, fostering connection through our passion for animals, and owning our commitment as one team.
As a Pet Stylist at Petco, you will be the expert behind the scenes, providing professional grooming services that ensure every pet looks and feels their best. This role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to showcase your creativity, passion for animals, and technical expertise in a dynamic environment. You will prioritize the safety, comfort, and well-being of every animal in your care while delivering exceptional customer service to pet parents.
Petco offers a supportive culture where you can nurture your wellbeing and feel welcome to be your whole self. The role includes access to state-of-the-art equipment, all necessary supplies, and a clear path for career development, with opportunities to grow into roles such as Grooming Salon Leader, Grooming Mentor, or Grooming Instructor.
Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, protected veteran status, or any other protected classification.
