About the Role
As a Pet Stylist, you will be the heart of our grooming salon, responsible for providing professional grooming services to our valued customers' pets. With your expertise and attention to detail, you will ensure that each pet receives exceptional care, leaving them looking and feeling their best.
This role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to showcase your grooming skills, creativity, and passion for animals in a dynamic environment. You will perform expert-level services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and gland cleaning. Your primary focus is prioritizing the safety, comfort, and well-being of the pets in your care while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction to pet parents.
You will interact professionally with pet parents, offering optimal customer service, addressing inquiries, and providing custom recommendations on grooming maintenance and at-home care practices. Whether you are evaluating individual pet needs based on coat type and temperament or maintaining a clean and safe salon environment, your work directly contributes to the health and happiness of our furry friends.

Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must successfully complete the Petco Stylist Apprentice program or possess previous experience as a professional groomer and/or completion of a technical grooming training program.
