About the Role
As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for a high-volume, fast-paced entertainment center. This role exists to ensure every guest is greeted and directed with an outgoing, positive attitude, creating an experience that leaves them happy. You will manage the flow of guests, assist with waitlists and waivers, and celebrate special occasions like birthdays and first-time visits. The ideal candidate is energetic, driven, and possesses a solid work ethic, ready to turn a simple greeting into a memorable start to a guest's visit.
