About the Role
The Greet Team Member is the primary point of contact for members, potential members, vendors, and guests. You will effectively solve the needs of individuals walking through the doors by executing excellent customer service. This role requires a sales-driven mindset, critical thinking, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Greet Team Manager to achieve club sales goals, conduct facility walks to ensure safety and cleanliness, and provide tours for prospective members.

Hiring Process
Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of one year of customer service and cash handling experience. The position requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
