About the Role
The Senior Graphic Designer is a highly skilled creator responsible for elevating the Daniel Defense brand through expert-level design execution, hands-on production, and cross-department collaboration. This role blends advanced creative capabilities with the ability to work directly with leadership, internal stakeholders, and select external partners.
You will lead high-level creative execution across print, digital, product, and environmental touchpoints. As a creative partner to leadership, you will take full ownership of complex projects, drive elevated aesthetics, and ensure brand consistency while remaining deeply engaged in daily hands-on design work. Your day will involve translating strategic goals into high-impact visual solutions, collaborating with Product Development, Sales, and Digital Commerce teams, and producing best-in-class materials alongside external photographers, videographers, and vendors.
In this manufacturing environment, you will also demonstrate a commitment to environmental health and safety principles, ensuring all materials adhere to legal and safety guidelines specific to the firearms industry. You will mentor junior designers and contribute to company initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements
