Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Grants Manager provides organization‑wide leadership in grants development, administration, and compliance. This position oversees the full grant lifecycle from funding research and proposal development to award management, reporting, and close-out while working closely with internal departments and external partners.
This role is ideal for a strategic, detail‑oriented professional with strong grant writing skills and the ability to manage complex funding across the organization. You will be a confident communicator and relationship‑builder, working effectively with executives, staff, tribal partners, and funding agencies. As a self‑directed leader, you will manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment while working independently with minimal supervision.
Candidates will undergo panel interviews, background checks, and reference checks. THRHA is a drug-free workplace, and selected applicants will be subject to drug testing.
