The Grants Coordinator serves as a strategic partner to TMSA, ensuring that all federal, state, and competitive grant activities align with the organization's broader educational goals. This role is pivotal in securing and managing the financial resources necessary to drive school improvement and program success.
Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for all grant-related matters, bridging the gap between finance, program teams, and external stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves navigating the complexities of the NC DPI CCIP system, from developing compelling grant narratives to monitoring strict compliance requirements. You will not only manage entitlement grants like Title I and IDEA but also proactively research and pursue new funding opportunities that advance TMSA's mission.
You will collaborate closely with school leaders, central office staff, and external partners to foster a culture of accountability and transparency. As a key member of the team, you will provide guidance and training to staff on grant compliance and CCIP processes, ensuring that the entire organization operates with precision and efficiency.
Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their experience with grant management and the NC DPI CCIP system. The interview process typically includes an initial screening, a technical discussion regarding grant compliance and budgeting, and a final meeting with the Senior Accounting Manager.
TMSA is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
