About the Role

We are seeking a Grant Administrator in Seattle, Washington, to provide accurate financial oversight for grant- and contract-funded programs. This role is pivotal in managing compliance, budgeting, billing, reconciliations, and reporting within a nonprofit fund accounting environment. You will partner closely with program leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge and sound judgment regarding regulatory requirements. You will translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights, serving as a key resource on Uniform Guidance and grant administration practices. Your work will support decision-making for both internal and external audiences by evaluating existing procedures and recommending practical improvements to strengthen reporting quality and compliance.
