About the Role
This Graduate Assistant position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable collegiate coaching experience while pursuing a graduate degree. Serving as a full-time, 9-month role from August to April, the selected individual will assist the Head Coach in supporting all aspects of the program. This includes player development, recruiting, training management, operations, and compliance.
As a positive role model and mentor, you will uphold the mission of Faulkner University. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve planning training sessions, supporting game-day preparation and bench management, and assisting with recruiting communications and talent assessments. You will also help coordinate travel, equipment management, and community engagement projects, ensuring the team operates smoothly throughout the season.
