The Library Graduate Assistant supports the mission of the university by contributing to effective daily library operations and delivering high-quality patron service.
This position plays an important part in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and service-oriented library environment. As a Graduate Assistant, you will serve as a knowledgeable point of connection between the library and its users, providing in-person and virtual support at the help desk. Your day-to-day involves assisting patrons with research, managing Interlibrary Loan requests, and supporting course reserves. You will also collaborate with library staff on special projects, assist with library events, and help maintain a functional library environment.
