As the Google Ads Media Buyer / SEM Manager, you will step into a newly elevated position to inject top-tier acquisition expertise into the business. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will take absolute hands-on ownership of massive Google Ads campaigns spanning Search, PMax, YouTube, and Display. Your days will be spent scaling budgets, optimizing lead quality, and mastering complex attribution models. You will work in lockstep with call-center operations to ensure maximum funnel efficiency and explosive, profitable growth.
This role offers a competitive base salary up to $120,000, with eligibility for aggressive performance bonuses and optional profit-sharing. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Vacation Time, and a flexible Remote/Hybrid schedule.
