About the Team

The Golf Operations team at Bella Vista Property Owners Association ensures the seamless daily operation of the golf facility. As a part-time Outside Aide, you will be a vital link in maintaining the pace of play and the condition of the course, working directly under the supervision of the Golf Facility Supervisor, Golf Professional, or Teaching Professional.

About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who thrive in an active, outdoor environment and take pride in supporting the guest experience. You will perform skilled and semi-skilled manual labor, utilizing independent judgment for routine matters while adhering to established safety procedures. The role requires a multi-task oriented approach to handle repetitive yet essential tasks that keep the golf course running smoothly.

Your day will involve preparing carts for play, managing records to ensure proper pace of play, and maintaining the appearance and functionality of the cart fleet. You will also assist the Golf Shop, manage the range ball machine, and serve as a point of contact for golfers, answering questions and explaining rules and regulations as needed. Success in this role requires the ability to work standing for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate a moderate to loud work environment that may include wet or humid conditions.
