The Global Facilities Senior Program Manager plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide programs and system initiatives that support the global Facilities organization. This position is designed to partner across site Facilities teams, the Project Management Office (PMO), IT, and other corporate functions to design, standardize, and deploy scalable solutions, dashboards, and processes.\n The ideal candidate thrives in a highly matrixed, global environment. You will bring strong program governance, partner management, and data-driven decision-making expertise to ensure the successful delivery of critical initiatives. This role requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex programs while fostering communication and alignment across geographically distributed teams and senior leadership partners.
