About the Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurially minded Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead and expand our geotechnical practice in Phoenix, AZ. This is a rare opportunity for a technically accomplished engineer with an established client network to step into a leadership role.
This position is equal parts technical leadership and business development. You will be responsible for growing the firm's geotechnical service offerings in the Phoenix market, building client relationships, pursuing and winning work, and delivering high-quality geotechnical engineering across a broad range of project types. You will have the autonomy to shape the practice while leveraging the support of our national team.
Phoenix is a high-priority growth market for the firm, and this hire is positioned to be foundational to that expansion. The right candidate will find significant upside in both compensation and professional impact.
