About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Development Lead to drive the architecture, development, migration, and optimization of Genesys Cloud IVR solutions. This role exists to lead development efforts, mentor teams, and ensure best practices in IVR call flow engineering, outbound campaigns, and CRM integrations.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Genesys Cloud administration, IVR development, API integrations, and AI-driven contact center solutions. You will provide technical leadership in contact center architecture and design, ensuring optimal system performance while collaborating with business stakeholders to define project requirements.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position starting from day one, located in Jacksonville, FL. Local candidates are preferred. The role is a contract position.

Requirements
