About the Role
This position serves as a versatile operational partner within our distribution center, rotating across multiple departments including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. The role exists to ensure the seamless flow of inventory and the timely delivery of customer orders by leveraging material handling equipment and maintaining rigorous quality standards.
You will be responsible for locating and delivering products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas, as well as staging and loading orders for customer delivery. A key part of your day involves verifying the quantity and quality of incoming products, inspecting stock for wear or defects, and managing inventory control functions. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment in strict accordance with company safety policies.
Work Environment
The role is performed in a physical environment that typically involves exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. Success in this position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for periods exceeding 60 minutes, and perform repetitive movements such as bending, squatting, or using a calculator. No travel is required for this position.
