An exceptional veterinary hospital in New Braunfels, TX, is seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide leadership, oversee medical operations, and ensure superior patient and client care for the community. This role is designed for a veterinarian prepared to manage a team of doctors and medical staff while successfully overseeing the clinical direction of the practice. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the practice manager to drive the hospital's mission forward.
About the Role
As the Medical Director, you will serve as the senior leader for the hospital's medical operations. This position requires a commitment to veterinary excellence and upholding the Principles of Veterinary Medical Ethics. You will be expected to provide leadership and mentorship to all veterinary staff, navigating difficult cases with empathy and sensitivity.
