About the Role

Duly Health and Care in Hoffman Estates is seeking a General Neurologist committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity designed for a provider who wants to perfect the practice of medicine every day while pursuing innovative solutions with their care team.\n You will join a team of 14 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across six locations. The role offers a strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across neurology and the broader Duly network. You will have access to all the resources needed to provide exceptional patient care, including comprehensive support resources like our Epic EHR and nurse triage call support.
