About the Role
As the General Manager of our Moe's Southwest Grill, you will be the heartbeat of the restaurant, responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable dining experience. Your mission is to optimize profits and maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. You will oversee the development of managers, shift leaders, and team members, fostering a culture known in the community as "the place to work."
In this role, you will drive the restaurant's success by utilizing Sterling Systems to analyze financial performance, manage food flow, and ensure compliance with all operational standards. You will act as a community ambassador, organizing spirit nights and building strong local relationships, while ensuring a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees.
