As the General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the restaurant, responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your day will involve overseeing the development of managers, shift leaders, and team members while optimizing profits through strategic use of Sterling Systems. You will drive a culture of excellence, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness. From managing food flow to maintaining strict health and safety standards, you will create a work environment known in the community as "the place to work."
We operate with a strong sense of community. You will be expected to book a spirit night monthly and maintain a strong local presence. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the United States. The process includes a background check.
