About the Role
As the General Manager of our Moe's Southwest Grill, you will be the heartbeat of the restaurant, responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable dining experience. Your mission is to optimize profits through strategic use of Sterling Systems while fostering a culture where team members feel valued and motivated.
You will oversee the development of managers, shift leaders, and team members, creating a work environment known in the community as "the place to work." From enforcing strict food safety and sanitation standards to managing financial performance through P&L analysis, your day-to-day involves balancing operational excellence with community engagement. You will lead a team of 15-25 people, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness.
