About the Role
As the General Manager of our Moe's Southwest Grill, you will be the heartbeat of the operation. Your mission is to ensure every guest leaves with a 100% satisfaction rating regarding quality, service, and cleanliness. You will oversee the development of managers, shift leaders, and team members, fostering a culture known in the community as "the place to work."
Your day involves optimizing profits through strategic financial management and operational excellence. You will utilize Sterling Systems to drive sales and minimize costs, ensuring that food flow, portioning, and waste management meet high standards. Beyond the daily grind, you will serve as a community ambassador, hosting spirit nights and building strong local relationships.
