About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven leader to take on the role of General Manager. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will be passionate about sales and dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. As General Manager, you will work to improve sales and overall processes while developing a team of leaders to do the same. You and your team will create connections with prospective members, facilitate their membership journey, and ensure their success. An ideal candidate brings a passion for fitness, a drive for success, and a history of commitment to delivering results and motivating clients.
