About the Role
As a Service Associate, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and serve as the face of the gym. Your mission is to be a great host, the members' best source of information, and a creator of a fun atmosphere for members, guests, and staff. Beyond greeting and directing people upon entry, you will act as a representative of our commitment to exceptional service. You will handle member inquiries, offer knowledgeable assistance, and ensure every individual feels valued and supported in their fitness journey. While your duties encompass a broad spectrum, you will remain flexible and adaptive to the evolving needs of the gym.
